Job Description

The Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing professional accounting services and overseeing the daily operations of financial records. The position involves the general maintenance and reconciliation of the company’s accounting system, generating financial reports, managing payroll, invoicing, collection of accounts receivables, and processing of accounts payables and disbursement of funds. The Accounts Administrator is also responsible for providing accurate budget forecasts, preparing necessary financial documents, and ensuring compliance with the company’s financial regulations. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records.

• Work with the accounting system to create and maintain accurate general ledgers.

• Generate financial reports and presenting results to management. 

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Process payroll and other personnel related items. 

• Determine tax liabilities and process payments, including withholding, income tax payments, and reported taxes. 

• Prepare financial documents necessary for the company’s annual audit. 

• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts. 

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory financial regulations. 

• Address inquiries and provide support to the external audit team. 

• Facilitate payment of accounts and related transactions.

Skills

 Well Experience in Tally is mandatory

 UAE Experience not needed.

 Should be willing to join immediately

 Minimum 5 – 6 years’ experience in India Accounting.
