If you have a strong background in accounting, exceptional attention to detail, and a drive for excellence, we would love to hear from you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.<br><br>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<br><br>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.<br><br>Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.<br><br>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.<br><br>Prepare and submit tax documents, such as VAT.<br><br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.<br><br>Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.<br><br>Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.<br><br>Support the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors as needed.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br><br>Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role within the food and beverages industry.<br><br>Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).<br><br>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.<br><br>Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.<br><br>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.<br><br>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br><br>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work.<br><br>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
