Financial Management: Take ownership of the company’s financial matters related to construction and contracting projects. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.</p><p>2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their accounting needs and providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>3. Project Accounting: Manage project-specific financial data, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis. Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper financial controls are in place.</p><p>4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and resolving any discrepancies.</p><p>5. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and generate insightful reports for management review, enabling data-driven decision-making.</p><p>6. Audit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations. Assist with internal and external audits as required.</p><p>7. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to optimize working capital while supporting ongoing project requirements.</p><p>8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.</p><p>9. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting procedures and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA designation would be a strong asset.</li><li>Proven experience <strong>(3+ years) as an Account Manager</strong> or similar role within the <strong>Construction and Contracting </strong>industry is essential.</li><li>Arabic and English Language proficiency is a <strong>MUST</strong>. Urdu is a Plus</li><li>Previous Experience in <strong>Quickbooks </strong>Online Software is <strong>MUST.</strong></li><li>Extensive knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost control, and project-based financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, with a high level of Excel proficiency.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.</li><li>Sound understanding of relevant legal and compliance regulations in the construction industry.</li></ul>
