<p><span>The ideal candidate of Accounting Manager&nbsp;position will be responsible to below, but not limited to:</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departments of the group including:</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;month and end-year process, </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accounts payable/receivable/bank statements/petty cash</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capital assets reconciliations.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Trust account statement reconciliations, Check runs.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fixed asset activity</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Debt activity</span></p><p><span>2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce periodic financial reports or statements for management as MIS report. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordination with auditor and providing information in order to complete annual audit.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide financial recommendation to top management. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Meet financial accounting objectives.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Closing the accounts at the end of fiscal year. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Control and manage on issuing of PI &amp; CI and other sales &amp; purchase document.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing &amp; Filing VAT, Corporate Tax </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing &amp; Filing UBO, ESR &amp; any other FTA instruction. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing analytical reports on bank facilities and mortgage loans.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Presenting periodical MIS reports; financial statements including cash flow statement of the entire group.</span></p><p><span>3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accounts finalization, audit compliance and liaison with external auditors</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supervise inter-company reconciliation.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Co-ordination with banks, updating KYC, FATCA, CRS and other bank forms for all day-to-day matters. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other tasks as required by the management. </span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></li><li><span>5+ years’ working in marketing/brand management</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication, Excel. </span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of all Tally software</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
