<p><strong>About the Company </strong></p><p>Seib Insurance and Reinsurance – Qatar, is looking for an Accountant to join its growing team. The role focuses on various accounting activities in accordance with the applied policies and procedures.</p><p>You will join an agile, dynamic, highly rewarding organization, and a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in month end closing by preparing required JVs</li><li>Prepare Daily Payments and collection receipts</li><li>Prepare Brokers Reconciliations</li><li>Booking Supplier Invoices</li><li>Follow up on collection from assigned clients</li><li>Prepare add-hoc reports as required by management</li><li>Perform other accounting duties and coordinate with internal team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, professional certificate is a plus.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience in general accounting preferably in insurance, brokerage, or financial institution.</li><li>Excellent proficiency of Microsoft office applications and especially in excel.</li></ul>
