Additional Certification is an added value.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Helping the business make financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company as required. To record transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report findings to management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complying with all company, and accounting and financial regulations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit &amp; loss statements, etc.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Presenting data to managers as and when requested.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining accurate financial and accounting records.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Computing taxes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist Chief Accountant on special projects.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Guide staff on ad-hoc procedures compliance</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>3+ years of experience at similar role</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Experience in services company is preferred.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Full understanding of accounting activities.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Full understanding of accounting practices and standards.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Financial and accounting background, including an understanding of general finance and budgeting.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Experience with assisting in accounting data reports</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>High capability of team work.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ability to understand new issues quickly and make decisions.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ability to priorities and plan work assignments.</span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Excellent communication skills.</span></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Software Requirement:</strong> Odoo</p>
