<ul><li>Assisting the Head of Accounts with oversight of the work of the finance staff in general </li><li>Assisting in the preparations for audits and in the completion of the financial statements for all entities in the PRM group</li><li>Bank and general ledger reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations and cross charging as required </li><li>Checking that costs are allocated correctly </li><li>Ensuring at all times compliance with tax and other relevant regulations </li><li>Completing and assisting in the preparation of all other management accounts, ad hoc financial reports, and requirements both external and internal.</li><li>Timely and accurate completion of quarterly VAT returns and regulatory statistical returns</li><li>Administration of Pensions to include all necessary reporting and audits </li><li>Assisting in the administration of the monthly payroll to include tax year end, P11d, statutory reports</li><li>Handling of all insurance claims and preparation for annual insurance renewals</li><li>Efficient use of IT resources and selection and development of the use of appropriate accounting software and processes</li><li>Any other ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience in accounting</li><li>Recognised qualification in accounting</li><li>Excellent time-management an problem-solving skills</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Competent in Microsoft Office programmes – especially Excel &amp; Word</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English </li><li>Must be familiar with Xero accounting software </li><li>Ideally experience of working in a global company, processing international transactions, exchange rates etc. </li><li>Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA desirable</li><li>Previous experience of working in a production company would be an advantage<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>Hybrid working; from our office in Riyadh and working from home</li><li>Ideally candidate would be able to travel abroad to other sites if needed</li><li>Must be flexible in working hours due to demands of working across multiple time-zones </li><li>Plenty of opportunities to evolve your career within a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment</li></ul>
