Job Description

Apt Resources, a leader in the recruitment industry, is seeking an experienced Accountant for one of their clients in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of financial principles.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Manage all financial transactions and accounting processes for the company</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with all accounting and regulatory standards</li><li>Develop and maintain a system of financial controls to prevent errors and fraud</li><li>Create and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements</li><li>Work closely with the management team to ensure financial goals are met</li><li>Provide guidance and support to other departments on budgeting and financial planning<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry</li><li>Should have Payroll Processing knowledge</li><li>Should have experience in handling employee provisions(end of service benefits, ticket provisions, leaves etc.)</li><li>Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting software</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>AED 5000 all in salary
