Accountant

Job Description

<br>We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant with a background in the retail industry and knowledge of the Odoo software system to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including but not limited to:<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.<br>Reconciling bank statements and other financial reports.<br>Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.<br>Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.<br>Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.<br>Performing other related duties as assigned.<br><br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.<br>1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry.<br>Strong knowledge of the Odoo software system.<br>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br>Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.<br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.<br>If you are a proactive individual with a passion for accounting and a desire to work in a dynamic retail environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
