Job Description

  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
  • Formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in-depth details of the firm’s transactions.
  • Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
  • Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.

Skills

  • Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
  • Ability to interact with the company’s management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
  • An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
