Raya Holding is Hiring an Accountant
What will you do?
- Implement monthly analysis of All GL Accounts
- Prepare monthly analysis of AP, supplier’s down payments, petty cash, notes payable and prepaid expenses
- Handle All assets Addition and Fixed Assets register up to date
- Compile and sort documents such as invoices Journals and checks, sustaining business transactions
- Compute the Purchase Order system and Supplier Invoices for accuracy
- Handle the preparation of documents for internal & External Audit
- Ensure the preparation of documents for Tax Inspections
- Handle Tax Deduction from suppliers & VAT tax
Skills
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 0-2 years of experience
- Business Writing and reporting skills
- Full understanding of financial concepts and principles
- High level of concern for quality and accuracy
- Awareness of Oracle EPR System
- Awareness of Advanced Excel
- Time Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team Player
