Urgently needed for trading company for Pets situated in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia which have been in the business

for more than 25 years and currently have nine outlets to date & 1 vet clinic.



Accountant



with the blow responsibilities :



 Keeping informed about current legislation to finance and accounting. Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

 Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.

 Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting audits and resolving discrepancies.

 Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.

 Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.

 Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.

 Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.

 Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

 Proven work experience related to inventory management, account/office administrator will have more preference.

 Understanding of accounting principles &procedures and current financial legislation.

 Solid data entry skills and detail-oriented.

 English and Arabic language proficiency and can communicate effectively with clients/vendors.

 Proven work experience related to inventory management, account/office administrator will have more preference.

 Strong math and research skills.

 Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software.

 Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Can work under pressure

 Have strong interpersonal skills
