Your primary responsibilities will include:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Daily Transactions: Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Supervising Spending: Monitor and supervise spending to maintain budget adherence and financial discipline.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company’s financial health.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Client Statements: Create and deliver clear and accurate financial statements for clients, demonstrating transparency and professionalism.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Transfer Processing: Facilitate and manage financial transfers in a timely and secure manner.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Bank Reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Cyclical Audits: Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Tax Preparation: Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Financial Statement Compilation: Compile and analyze financial statements to provide a comprehensive overview of the company’s financial performance.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support effective financial planning.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Financial Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents to make informed decisions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Software Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Google Sheets.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage financial data and records efficiently.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Join our dynamic team and contribute your accounting expertise to support our property management operations.
