About the role
As an Account Specialist you will have an opportunity to gain front line experience in several different aspects of sales such as: account request processing, solution up selling, problem identification, root cause analysis, problem resolution and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
– Manage end to end Quote to Order process and Sales Operations while ensuring the performance is in line with customer expectations.
– Customer requests execution and day-to-day account activities to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
– Engage with customer to support Quote to Order process and act as an advisor to customer and account teams.
– Own and drive organic growth cross-functional activities, with solid customer engagement, relationship, and account management team alignment.
– Support contract renewal, repricing and project preparation activities to ensure standard Quote to Bill model is executed.
– Align with account manager, engagement manager and bid manager to decide if to go with a Bid proposal in the parts related to Sales Operations.
– Responsible for commercial inventory management.
– Supporting client in Service Delivery and Tracking Tool usage and regular reporting for in charge clients.
– Create guidelines, documentation, and checklists to ensure smooth process from Bid phase to order creation with support of senior sales operations team.
– Acting as a quality consultant to Bid teams regarding Sales Operations related topics.
– Cooperate with Billing and Accounts Receivable department to resolve invoice quires, credit notes and customer non-payment issues.
– Proactively initiate improvement projects to improve the Quote to Order process, aim for Operational Excellence.
