<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Oversee daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.</p><p>Preparing revenue reports and projected budget.</p><p>Preparing monthly and annual accounting reports.</p><p>Conducting the annual audit by providing information and answers to the auditors.</p><p>Check accounting progress and financial goals.</p><p>Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and important information and ensure the security of information.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field. A master’s degree in accounting will also be considered.</p><p>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) would be an advantage.</p><p>Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Assistant, or similar position in an Accounting department.</p><p>Ability to ensure that accounting practices are in compliance with regulations.</p><p>Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures including account operations activities.</p><p>Good working knowledge of accounting software.</p><p>Preparing budget reports and forecasting revenues.</p><p>Manage month-end and year-end closings for the Entity.</p><p>Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.</p><p>Oversee daily transactions such as accounts receivable.</p><p>Oversee accounts payable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</p><p>Participation in the tax audit.</p><p>Preparing the company’s general budget reports.</p><p>Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.</p><p>Track the progress of financial and accounting goals.</p><p>Develop accounting policies and procedures that are in line with the organization’s objectives.</p>
