Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Contact new customers and prospects through assigned lists and analyze</li></ul><p><br></p>their potential<p><br></p><ul><li>Keep the customer active and manage it for at least 3 months, offering</li></ul><p><br></p>discounts or following him in his first orders<p><br></p><ul><li>Managing consumers who were previously managed by a specialist</li></ul><p><br></p>account and attempting to regain their trust.<p><br></p><ul><li>Organize meetings and interactions with the different account specialists.</li><li>Opportunity to create a workflow with the team and give his personal</li></ul><p><br></p>feedback to help the developing of a new tool to manage the daily work.<p><br></p>ESSENTIALS:<p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent or good knowledge of Italian, French and English</li><li>Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.</li><li>Experience in managing customers.</li><li>Experience in outbound calls</li></ul><p><br></p>PREFERRED:<p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in negotiating trade agreements.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas).</li><li>Spanish will be considered a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>Personal characteristics:<p><br></p><ul><li>Pragmatic, dynamic and pro-active</li><li>Desire to learn and study new platforms and techniques;</li><li>Good analytics skills<br><br></li></ul>
