<p>MCG Talent is currently looking for an Account Manager for a global sports and entertainment agency, <u>to be based permanently in Dubai, UAE.</u></p><p><br></p><p>The Account Manager will be part of the core account team for a key new client in the Middle East. They are building a team to manage and activate a major Middle Eastern brand’s global partnership for a specific sports client, with a remit to drive clear value and ROI from the sponsorship across multiple workstreams including rights management, product integration, digital & data activation, events & VIP hospitality programs, experiential marketing, PR & communications.</p><p><br></p><p>The AM will mainly support on the day-to-day relationship with the client and the rightsholder, ensure alignment across the active workstreams, and support onsite with the implementation of the activation strategy. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>T<strong>HE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>University graduate</li><li>Fluency in English, written and spoken.</li><li>A clear passion for sports </li><li>2-4 years’ experience in Sports Marketing / Account Management </li><li>Client-facing experience within the Middle East region (UAE and/or KSA) beneficial</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving mentality</li><li>Appetite for account management and strategic planning</li><li>Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines</li><li>Proven ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines</li><li>Outstanding written and oral communications skills, attention to details</li><li>Solution-focused and hands on approach to managing workstreams</li></ul>
