Our client is a regional Marketing & Events Agency based in Saudi Arabia, seeking to hire an “Account Manager”. The position is a remote job, in which the employee will based in Beirut, Lebanon and supporting the region.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, as well as a proven track record of client pitching and management. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of marketing plans.<p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and building trust and rapport.</li><li>Work with clients to develop marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including identifying tactics, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.</li><li>Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and digital, to ensure that all marketing materials are produced to the highest standards.</li><li>Prepare and deliver client pitches, including developing proposals, presenting capabilities, and negotiating contracts.</li><li>Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or events agency.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with experience developing and executing marketing plans across various channels. (Omni, Social, BTL, ATL)</li><li>Proven track record of successfully pitching and managing client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience in the events industry is a plus.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>If you have the required experience and skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
