<p>We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager with B2B sales within Telecommunication services and ICT.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the direct sales process, including lead qualification, understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, negotiating pricing, and finalizing contracts.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to effectively communicate customer requirements.</li><li>Assess potential customers’ needs and demonstrate how our products and services can fulfill their specific requirements.</li><li>Achieve and surpass quota targets by successfully closing sales of our products and services.</li><li>Maintain excellent customer service standards and meet qualitative targets.</li><li>Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring timely implementation as agreed with clients.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in English for effective client communication.</li><li>Proven experience in B2B sales within SaaS, Data, Tech, or Telco sector.</li><li>Sales experience with du / Etisalat channel partner.</li><li>Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to showcase solutions effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Positive, enthusiastic, and highly energetic approach to work.</li></ul>
