Here at MEDUSA SDP (UAE) LLC, we are looking for a highly motivated, experienced New Businessfield-based Sales Account Manager to join our team, based in the UAE. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Our Sales Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
· Capitalise on your existing client base is essential
· Identify new business opportunities/new clients
· Secure new accounts – meeting set targets – KPI’s set by management
· Deliver sales growth, with objectives
· Negotiate percentage margins
· Deliver a high standard of service through regular personal contact with your accounts
· Develop strong, positive and engaging relationships with your account base
· Explore and innovate new trading opportunities with existing customers to grow sales
· Communicate regularly with our team with market intelligence on competitor activity
· Credit Control – secure overdue payments from customers
· Assist in other areas as required to cover holidays, sickness and special events
· Submit a report at the end of each week to update the company on sales outcomes and issues
· Attend weekly scheduled Head Office sales meetings
Skills
Experience and skills required by our Sales Account Manager:
· At least 2 years experience in a territorial sales position with an existing client base is essential
· The ability to maximise time with key decision-makers
· Being able to identify and capitalise on opportunities
· Computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential
· A basic understanding of profit and margin calculations
· Adhere to company image and values
