If your answer is “yes”, you might have what it takes to be the next Account Manager.<p><br></p>Booking.com BV (the company behind Booking.com™, the world’s leading online hotel reservation service) is looking for people to support our business in the fast-growing hotel markets.<p><br></p><strong>The responsible:</strong><p><br></p>As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of partners, providing them with complex commercial advice in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and new partnership growth opportunities. You will empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.com BV<p><br></p>You will manage the relationship with the partners in your portfolio with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform.<p><br></p>Additionally, you will work with stakeholders from central and local teams to give feedback on improvements needed on internal and external tools and products.<p><br></p><strong>B.capable:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Be responsible for managing the relationship with partners at property or local group level in the portfolio by investing majority of your time in direct interaction, mostly market visits and performance calls</li><li>Be the main point of contact for the partners in your portfolio and support them on commercial and operational topics</li><li>Be a trusted advisor for partners in your portfolio in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends and making data driven consultations by using internal analytical tools</li><li>Cooperate with relevant stakeholders like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key Account Managers and local offices</li><li>Be able to influence stakeholders to implement products to optimize their performance</li><li>Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and service offerings to partners at property or local group level</li><li>Contribute to your team/market success by proactively taking ownership and developing expertise of crucial transversal topics e.g. Selection or Pricing</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>B.skilled:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 year experience in relevant roles</li><li>Strong networking skills</li><li>Ability to demonstrate relevant account management experience</li><li>Accurate, strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong influencing skills, ability to influence directors</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong public speaking skills</li><li>Good understanding of revenue management</li><li>Affinity or experience within e-commerce or travel industry</li><li>Drivers’ license</li><li>Availability to travel up to 50%</li><li>Language: Fluent in both native language of job location and English</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>B.offered:</strong><p><br></p>We are a performance-based company that offers career advancement and competitive compensation, including bonus.
