<p>We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a creative marketing agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a BTL agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, executing brand activations, promotions, and merchandising projects. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as it is essential to communicate effectively with clients and team members.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.</li><li>Understand clients’ marketing and branding objectives and develop strategies to meet their needs.</li><li>Execute brand activations, promotions, and merchandising projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to gather project briefs and translate them into studio briefs for creative work.</li><li>Work closely with the studio team to develop creative concepts and oversee the production process.</li><li>Coordinate print production and fabrication of display and merchandising assets.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li><li>Handle financial aspects of projects, including preparing quotations, managing budgets, and invoicing.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition, contributing to business development efforts.</li><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the drinks industry, particularly in off-trade, on-trade, and duty-free environments.</li><li>Embrace the business development aspect of the role and enjoy building relationships and socializing with clients.</li><li>Uphold the company values by maintaining a friendly, respectful, and enjoyable work environment.</li><li>Commit to long-term growth and contribute to the agency’s success by fostering lasting relationships with clients and team members.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of three years experience as an Account Manager in a BTL creative agency.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary education in a relevant field.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with English as a first language.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.</li><li>Proven track record in managing BTL accounts and executing brand activations, promotions, and merchandising projects.</li><li>Familiarity with print production and fabrication of display and merchandising assets.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Numerically proficient to handle financial aspects of projects, including quotations and invoicing.</li><li>Comfortable working in the drinks sector, with knowledge of off-trade, on-trade, and duty-free environments.</li><li>Proactive and sociable personality, well-suited for business development and building client relationships.</li><li>Commitment to long-term growth and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>***Only candidates with relevant qualifications will be contacted for this role***</p>
