Our client is a marketing and communication agency based in Saudi Arabia offering a range of services such as advertising, events, and many more. They are looking to hire a Account Manager – Branding Artworks and Installations for their company in Riyadh.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>Client Engagement:<p><br></p><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships while comprehending their branding needs.</li><li>Collect client briefs to gain a comprehensive understanding of their objectives, goals, and specifications for posters, signage, and banners.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, offering valuable guidance and insights on design concepts, materials, and installation strategies.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Project Management:<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the creative team to effectively translate client briefs into visually appealing and impactful branding artworks.</li><li>Ensure projects adhere to predetermined schedules and budgets by proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Artwork Development:<p><br></p><ul><li>Evaluate design concepts and artworks, ensuring their alignment with client briefs and branding guidelines.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that results in artwork that meets client expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers, illustrators, and other professionals to create innovative and captivating visual designs.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Installation Supervision:<p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee the installation process of branding artworks, including posters, signage, and banners, by coordinating with production teams and external vendors.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimal display placement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with installation teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Reporting and Documentation:<p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare regular progress reports that provide a summary of project status, milestones achieved, and potential risks or delays.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client briefs, design specifications, and installation details for future reference and organizational knowledge.</li><li>Conduct post-project evaluations to gather valuable feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance future projects.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years experience of experience as an Account Manager with increasing levels of responsibility</li><li>Superb written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Arabic speaker, English is a plus.<br></li></ul>
