Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all tasks related to Supply and Demand (S&D): Take ownership of managing the S&D process, including order management, supplier fulfillment, and tracking order status. Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Engage with suppliers on day-to-day tasks: Foster strong relationships with suppliers by actively engaging with them on a regular basis. Address any concerns or queries they may have, provide necessary support, and collaborate with them to strengthen the partnership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships: Continuously seek opportunities to expand our partnerships with all suppliers within the vertical. Identify potential areas for collaboration, new product offerings, or market expansion to further enhance our portfolio and drive mutual growth.
  • Handle operational requests with warehousing and fulfillment Point (FP) teams: Collaborate closely with the warehousing and FP teams to address any operational requests or requirements. Ensure that all processes and workflows are aligned to meet the needs of suppliers and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support with supplier management and related tasks: Assist in managing supplier relationships, including contract management, negotiation, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with the Category Manager to develop and implement supplier management strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Engage with internal departments on cross-functional tasks: Work closely with various internal departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure smooth and successful execution of cross-functional tasks. Coordinate efforts, share relevant information, and provide input to optimize processes and drive overall business success.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations: Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing the overall performance of the vertical. Analyze key metrics and KPIs, highlight trends, and provide insights to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making and strategy development.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and trends.
