Account Manager

Sales, Dubai – UAE
Primary Objective:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market for a portfolio of direct clients. Selling JCDecaux advertising solutions at Dubai International Airport, Jumeirah Road and TECOM. Demonstrate leadership and management skills that aim towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.

Major Accountabilities :

• Assess and analyze the market promptly and effectively.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Execute action plans identified for specific and new targets to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts in coordination with Marketing, Client Servicing and Finance Departments.
• Initiate and coordinate development plans to penetrate new markets and acquire potential clients.
• Prepare status reports for sales pipeline including activity, closings, follow-ups.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts of direct clients.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or International Business
• Possess comprehensive and detailed knowledge in media markets.
• Proven ability to develop new business and acquire new clients
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably media
• Proven track record of sales performance and target achievement
• Experience with enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Reflect motivating soft skills, listen attentively, and give constructive feedback.
• Reflect a presentable and professional image of the company through personal image and character
