<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, <span>managing customer accounts and providing training to our clients to help them make the most of our products and services.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage customer accounts, including renewals, upsells and cross-sells.</li><li><span>Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and features that meet customer needs.</span></li><li><span>Develop and deliver customized training sessions to clients to ensure they are effectively using our products and services.</span></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients</li><li>Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets</li><li>Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services</li><li>Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators</li><li><span>Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, account management and training</span></li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns and insights.</li><li>Work closely with the account management team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Analytics</p><p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, account management and training</p><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.</p><p>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p>Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools</p><p>Passion for continuous learning and improvement</p>
