Job Description

Job Duties:

•Manage a portfolio of affiliate marketers and provide coaching, training, and support to drive sales growth.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring that they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
•Monitor affiliate performance and work with the Affiliate Marketing Team Leader to adjust marketing strategies as necessary to optimize revenue growth.
•Proactively identify opportunities to motivate affiliates to work towards generating more purchase orders.
•Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate the affiliate marketing program.
•Monitor industry trends and best practices related to affiliate marketing and make recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.
•Create regular reports on affiliate performance, program metrics, and revenue growth to share with the Affiliate Marketing Team Leader and other stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Specifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and digital marketing strategies.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates and team members.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and affiliate marketing platforms such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, or Rakuten Marketing.
