<p>Viola Communications is looking for an experienced Account Manager whose core responsibility is to establish strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and aligning our products or services accordingly. The role involves driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Assist Account Director in preparing Communication Plans for Client brands at the beginning of the year and revising them quarterly.</li><li>Participate in executing client briefings including Receiving client brief or in case of verbal briefs, assist clients in writing comprehensive briefs, obtain clarifications from clients on briefs if required. Write Creative briefs for assigned jobs taking inputs from Strategic Planning and other divisions if required.</li><li>Participate in briefing sessions for the Creative team and participate in internal discussions on the creative ideation.</li><li>Present creative deliverables to clients for approval</li><li>Participate actively in the production and recording process ensuring client’s requirements are being met.</li><li>Assist Account Director in all critical jobs and launches for execution and job coordination.</li><li>Manage and support Senior/Account Executives on the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to meet their KPIs.</li><li>Quality-check all client deliverables as per briefs, guidelines, and budget; inform Account Director and take required corrective action if needed.</li><li>Lead all reports: status, contact, financial, business with support from account executive and referral to Account Director within the agreed timeframe.</li><li>Act as the lead custodian for the daily workflow and ensure all deliverables are met as per the agreed timeframe.</li><li>Prepare a draft cost estimate for the job based on rate card, inputs from Production, and supplier quotes. Obtain approval from Account Director.</li><li>Provide input to Account Director for preparing a reconciliation of financial situation.</li><li>Work and contribute actively to a new pitch as a part of the team.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven track record as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Microsoft Excel or CRM software to derive actionable insights from customer data.</li><li>Adept at handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve common goals.</li></ul><p> </p><p>At Viola Communications, we pride ourselves on serving clients from diverse backgrounds and with a vast range of experiences.
