As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and industry trends.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Client Relationship Management:</em></strong></p><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships.</p><p>Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.</p><p>Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, campaign performance, and new opportunities.</p><p><strong><em>Project Management:</em></strong></p><p>Develop project timelines, manage project resources, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.</p><p>Coordinate with internal teams (such as creative, design, and development) to execute campaigns effectively.</p><p>Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports to clients.</p><p><strong><em>Campaign Strategy and Execution:</em></strong></p><p>Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors.</p><p>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns.</p><p>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize results and achieve campaign objectives.</p><p><strong><em>Reporting and Analysis:</em></strong></p><p>Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.</p><p>Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.</p><p>Provide clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.</p><p><strong><em>Upselling and Business Development:</em></strong></p><p>Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.</p><p>Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.</p><p>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to identify new business opportunities.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar role.</li><li>Perfect English &amp; Arabic writing skills.</li><li>Impeccable spelling and grammar</li><li>In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Send us your CV to our email: career@cactusca.com</strong></li></ul>
