We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing multinational FinTech company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products and services, and strong leadership skills.

Your job responsibilities:

• Developing customized strategies and executing onboarding plans to activate customers quickly.

• Driving spending, renewals, expansions, and overall growth across different account types through continuous engagement and outreach.

• Meeting regularly with customers to identify opportunities for growth and referrals.

• Collaborating with sales and marketing to contribute towards closing deals and creating marketing material based on your customer learnings.

• Providing informed recommendations to product, design, and engineering teams for enhancing the customer experience.

Experience:

• The ability to simplify complex products and communicate effectively with customers.

• Strong project and time management skills and be extremely organized in their approach to account management and day-to-day work.

• At least two years of B2B account management experience and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Be highly adaptive to changes and evolution within a scale-up.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
