Account Manager

Job Description

<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Account Manager to join our team. As an Odoo Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets using Odoo software.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners using Odoo software</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and generate sales using Odoo software</li><li>Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets using Odoo software</li><li>Attend sales meetings and present to clients using Odoo software</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and support using Odoo software</li><li>Maintain accurate records and forecast sales using Odoo software</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients using Odoo software</li><li>Handle client complaints and concerns in a professional manner using Odoo software</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in sales and account management</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Arabic</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>2-5 years experience in sales</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus but NOT necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer competitive salary and benefits package, and a positive and supportive work environment.
