Job Description
<p>We are looking for an Account Manager <strong><u>fluent in English</u> </strong>to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned partners, develops new business from existing partners, and actively seeks new partnership opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Expanding the SameDayCustom network by onboarding more vendors.</li><li>Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.</li><li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.</li><li>Responsible for following the company’s compliance procedures and ensuring they are updated per any contractual or governmental regulations.</li><li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders.</li><li>Develop new business with existing partners and/or identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Prepare needed reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexibility in working hours.</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent command of the English language is a must.</strong></li><li><strong>3-5 years of experience.</strong></li><li>Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.</li></ul>
