<p>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Events & Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a proven track record of managing media accounts and creating successful events. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing the overall planning, execution, and delivery of events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.</li><li>Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients to ensure healthy long-lasting partnership</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborating with the events team to ensure all aspects of the event align with the overall concept and theme.</li><li>Managing media accounts and developing strategies to increase visibility and reach for clients.</li><li>Negotiating contracts and rates with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Overseeing event budgets and ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported.</li><li>Creating detailed project timelines, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.</li><li>Staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporating them into events as appropriate.</li><li>Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure events meet their expectations.</li><li>Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to clients.</li><li>Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ business, industry, and competition.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and sales to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Managing and tracking performance metrics and reporting them to senior management.</li><li>Continuously seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and media account management, with a proven track record of creating successful events and managing media accounts.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage a team, experience in team management is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.</li><li>Experience with event planning software and media buying software is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of media buying and planning, including traditional and digital media.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
