Socialize is looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our incredible client servicing team. As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of driving our client’s social media/community engagement across a portfolio of exciting international brands and regional powerhouses. This is a hands-on role where you will be developing strategies to evolve our client’s digital media presence and grow existing audiences that are effective and consistent across all channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating digital stories & content for the brand’s digital communities to ensure high levels of engagement with the target audience.
  • Moderating and coordinating the management of client’s digital channels & communities to ensure the best possible experience for brand consumers/stakeholders.
  • Creating dependable, organized, and clear communication across design, client servicing & development departments to ensure that campaigns are executed according to project plans.
  • Supporting the execution of campaigns from conception to launch following deadlines and project plans.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports and documentation for clients as requested.
  • Identifying and adapting to new social media channels and technologies, in line with industry trends.

 What you’ll need:

  • Experience working in social media,
  • To effectively communicate with a portfolio of clients via email, phone, presentations, and regular meetings,
  • To be bilingual – well-versed in speaking, reading and writing in Arabic,
  • Be a phenomenal teammate and contribute to the development of others,
  • Be highly adaptive/have a real passion for digital media marketing & changing technology in the dynamic industry,
  • Ability to multi-task, think on your feet & exhibit attention to details.
