Our ideal candidate should be proficient in managing client relationships, coordinating various projects, such as marketing campaigns, annual reports, coffee table books and is experience in publishing projects. . Client Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely response to queries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently understanding their goals, objectives, and requirements.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong> 2. Project Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as Creative, Design, and Production, to develop and execute projects, including marketing campaigns, annual reports and coffee table books.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s expectations.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> 3. Strategic Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing valuable insights and understanding client objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>4. Budget Management:</strong></p><ul><li> Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and aligned with client budgets.</li><li> Monitor project costs and profitability throughout the process.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> 5. Quality Assurance:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and agency standards.</li><li>Coordinate client feedback and revisions, ensuring alignment between the agency, client, and project outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>6. Reporting and Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare regular reports outlining project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction levels.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation and files for easy reference and future audits.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> Skills and Qualifications needed:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ol><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles, industry trends, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Basecamp, or similar). </li><li>Prior experience in account management or project coordination within an advertising agency or related field is preferred.</li></ol>
