Evidence of identifying, registering and marketing best candidates available using external job board licenses, internal CV database, LinkedIn, professional bodies and any other modes to attract candidates. </p><p>• Demonstration of sourcing suitable candidates through referrals from other candidates and clients. </p><p>• Building credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates </p><p>• Proactivity to place candidates – Identify clients and market candidates accordingly. in some cases.)</em><strong><em> </em></strong> Effective qualification of job role with evidence of sourcing and placing candidates. </p><p>• Successful co-ordination of mobilisation of individuals with smooth issuing of visa and logistic plans as appropriate </p><p>• Evidence in maximising opportunities for the company by cross selling departments and candidates sourced throughout the recruitment process.  Demonstrate the highest standards in database usage, recruitment processes and procedures and general quality compliance  Ensures 100% compliance for all new starters and promoter NPS scores from clients and candidates.<strong> </strong></p><p>• Proactively identifies opportunities to continuously improve onboarding processes for contractors, and works with other support teams (e.g. Assignment Support) to ensure successful implementation.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>Contractor Management </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>• Demonstrates management of contractor base, continually developing strong relationships to ensure we are the agency of choice. </p><p>• Adopting and driving through service improvements to assist with retaining of contractors to stay ahead of the competition and improve NPS scores. </p><p>• Sharing and implementing ideas relating to adhering to best practice, promotional marketing, industry information and incentives to keep contractor management initiatives fresh and relevant. </p><p>• Evidence of strong retention rates within discipline area. </p><p>• Supports AM with managing difficult contractors and devising solutions to issues, where appropriate </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Account Management<em> </em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>• Demonstrates good understanding of customer requirements and potential business opportunities based on regular account ‘check in’ meetings with existing middle management <strong> </strong></p><p>• Acts as additional contact for client and contractors to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first class service<strong> </strong></p><p>• Effectively co-ordinates and communicates with multiple internal departments about matters relating to the account, whilst addressing more complex issues with AM to understand how best to resolve these <strong> </strong></p><p>• Produces reports on account activity and performance based on client and internal stakeholder requirements (using internal NES reporting tools, Bullhorn and client-specific reporting metrics). </p><p>• Ensures all account activity is recorded in Bullhorn. </p><p>• Supports AM in attending annual / quarterly / monthly client review meetings, as appropriate </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>Commercial
