The purpose of this role is to drive business growth by unlocking the client’s business opportunity and DAN capability, to deliver outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions which have business value to clients at the heart<br><br><strong>Job Title:<br><br></strong>Account Director<br><br><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong><strong><u><strong>External Management:<br></strong></u></strong><ul><li>Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements. </li><li>Up-selling digital products to your clients</li><li>Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget. </li><li>Presenting, alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and strategy to the client. </li><li>Briefing media, social media and creative staff, and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies. </li><li>Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively</li><li>Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns</li><li>Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification</li><li>Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and quoting clients</li><li>Writing client reports</li><li>Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns</li><li>Making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency. <br><br></li></ul><strong><u><strong>Internal management:<br></strong></u></strong><ul><li>Ensuring the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in timely fashion, within approved scope and budget. </li><li>Driving the execution of the project across the Creative, and Technology teams</li><li>Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of a project from estimation through launch and maintenance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills &amp; Experience<br></strong><ul><li>4-7 years of Advertising Account/Client Management experience</li><li>Strong presentation / communication skills</li><li>Able to manage clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery</li><li>Strong client handling / client relations experience</li><li>Experience developing Statements of Work is a plus</li><li>Previous delivery of digital and interactive projects is a plus</li><li>Experience in the advertising campaign lifecycle from creative concept to execution</li><li>Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies and tools<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Dentsu International<br><br></strong>Part of the dentsu Group, dentsu international is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in a sustainable economy.
