<p>MCG Talent have partnered with a global advertising agency who are looking to hire an Account Director with experience in banking or finance. </p><p><br></p><p>This role will be a key part of their client servicing team and will be responsible for managing and leading the team on numerous large accounts, the successful candidate must have experience from a network agency and be a native Arabic speaker.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.</li><li>Lead the development of comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives and drive results.</li><li>Collaborate closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising projects.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and networking within the industry.</li><li>Oversee account budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers, fostering their growth and development within the agency.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Account Director within an advertising agency, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.</li><li>Native Arabic speaker</li></ul>
