<p>Looking for a <strong>3D Visualizer (INTERIOR)</strong>, Male/Female with 5-8 yrs design consultancy experience consisting of high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development projects across the UAE/Gulf Region. Team player and a people person who has confidence and a high level of creativity.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Creative individual with a good eye for 3D visualization</li><li>Must have a very good eye for lighting, camera angles, shot framing etc</li><li>Excellent portfolio </li><li>Working closely with design team to plan and visualise projects</li><li>Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues</li><li>Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible </li><li>Assisting with planning decisions</li><li>Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes 3DS Max and V-ray a good understanding of SketchUp</li><li>Visualizing concepts in various graphic mediums</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances</li><li>Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for client presentations</li><li>Modelling 3D forms to a brief </li><li>Rendering in 3D StudioMax/V-ray and post-production in Photoshop</li><li>Supporting design teams to produce visualizations for presentation</li><li>Clarify the scope of work &amp; ensure timely delivery of assigned task</li><li>Coordination with project leader or any other departments/team members for&nbsp;&nbsp;the assigned task </li><li>Ensure full compliance with design/cad standards </li><li>Models and delivers interior rendered views as per the design team leaders design input </li><li><strong>5-8 Years design consultancy experience</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>*** </strong>Bachelor Degree or Certificate Holder</p><p>*** Currently residing in UAE</p><p>*** With valid UAE Drivers License</p><p>*** Can join IMMIDIATELY or short notice</p>
