We have proven success through many years of experience and a team of talented &amp; passionate people across our offices who work together to produce and deliver great results.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Your Day Looks Like At Innovation Crew:</strong></p><p>He /she is responsible for transforming the visualized concept into applicable designs for production.</p><p><br></p><p>Inspection process receiving a request from an accounts management team with event location, and visiting event location/locations along with the production team might be needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Taking measurements of the event area and deciding what is best for the event.</p><p><br></p><p>Planning the area using AutoCAD / Illustrator designing process – the creative team received the creative brief from the account department, research for references and new ideas to create the event concept, and designing all event items like the theater, stage, booths, and branding items.</p><p><br></p><p>Production process: sending to production accurate measurements &amp; dimensions of the product to work on the pricing and purchasing, validating with the production team if the concept is applicable, and assuring that installation and setup of the event match the manual handbook he/she created for production.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p><p>Join as an effective &amp; creative 3d artist and be part of one of the most exciting communications and events agencies in Egypt and the MENA region.</p><p><br></p><p>Create ideas and bring them to life through integrated experiential programs that leverage online, mobile, and physical brand interactions.</p><p><br></p><p>Show off your mastery of Autodesk 3ds Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and adobe creative suite.</p><p>Partner with an inspirational creative team and participate in brainstorming sessions.</p><p><br></p><p>Work on a broad range of projects crafting narratives, storyboarding, and photo-real renderings of background &amp; experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Online portfolio packed with creative work including but not exclusive to installations, exhibits, pop-ups, and brand activation.</p><p><br></p><p>Passionately follow current new trends: interactive technology, art, design, etc…</p><p>Confident with a healthy dose of humility &amp; humor – enjoy immersing yourself in our client’s brand, culture, and products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine art, or a related field</p><p>· 3-5 years of experience as a 3D designer</p><p>· Strong portfolio of creative work</p><p>· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>· Strong attention to detail</p><p>· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
