2D Animator

Job Description

<p>We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated 2D Animator who would like to join our expanding animation team.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Create motion graphic videos following a storyboard or guidance.</li><li>Rigging and animating cut-out characters.</li><li>Frame-by-frame animation.</li><li>Adding music and sound effects to videos.</li><li>Creating storyboards when needed.</li><li>Meets deadlines and requirements set by the department.</li><li>Liaises and works effectively with other staff.</li><li>Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>BA in Animation, Computer Science, or any related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of animation.</li><li>Must be willing to learn and have a positive attitude working as part of a super-team!</li><li>Time disciplined and abides by due dates.</li><li>Self-motivated and on the lookout for Frame-by-frame.</li><li>Frame-by-frame is a plus.</li><li>A designer background with the ability to create storyboards and graphics from scratch is a huge plus.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Software requirements:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>After Effects</li><li>Illustrator</li><li>Photoshop</li></ul>
