<p><span>Designing, implementing, and maintaining the VOIP infrastructure, includes hardware, software, and network components that are used to transmit and receive voice data over the internet.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><em> Manage and supervise telecommunications infrastructure and its related software.</em></li><li><em> Oversee the performance of voice systems and conduct traffic analysis and capacity planning so that the quality of service functions correctly.</em></li><li><em> Working with telephony protocols, such as SIP, TCP/IP, H323, QoS, ..etc. They evaluate existing capabilities and aid in planning guidelines to tap emerging trends in cloud, VoIP, mobility solutions, and managed services.</em></li><li><em> Developing, and implementing policies, measures, and training plans for the administration of telecommunication systems. devise a plan for and arrange preemptive maintenance and upgrades for equipment and software of voice systems.</em></li><li><em> Isolate performance and capacity issues for telecommunications traffic so that telecommunications systems are operating without any downtimes. Manage and implement patches to systems and hardware.</em></li><li><em> Ability to support users and troubleshoot all their VoIP/Voice issues within an entire organization/company. To ensure this, he needs to detect and address issues with trunks, profiles, endpoints, and dial plans.&nbsp;</em></li><li><em> Provide professional services and technical outsourcing.&nbsp;</em></li><li><em> Communicate with technology vendors to devise plans based on the needs of the company</em></li><li><em> Designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and expert-level troubleshooting all Xceed voice communication systems.</em></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><em>Bachelor’s degree in communications and Electronics Department.</em></li><li><em>+3 Years of Experience in system engineering</em></li><li><em>• Knowledge about Cisco UCCE and gateways.</em></li><li><em>• knowledge about Avaya systems and gateways.</em></li><li><em>• knowledge of Genesys systems.</em></li><li><em>• CCNA, CCNP</em></li><li><em>• Knowledge about MSSQL, Databases, Virtual Machines, and cloud solutions.</em></li><li><em>• Familiar with programming and development.</em></li></ul>
