You will be working together with the local and HQ teams</em><strong> </strong>and closely work with the CEO on selected projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, implement and follow up on public sales targets (B2C) and corporate sales (B2B).</li><li>Responsible for sales targets for select programs, manage existing pipeline and grow the database of customers and corporate clients’ network.</li><li>Follow up on with the different departments to ensure business goals are met including marketing for campaigns and lead generation efforts, operations for course scheduling, instructor allocation and client support, and with the finance for accurate invoicing, collections and reporting.</li><li>Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market assessment with recommendations for market growth opportunities.</li><li>Assess corporate training needs, set initial meetings with decision makers, deliver sales presentations, follow up on the corporate leads, close the sales and manage the training delivery part to ensure client’s overall satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our humble expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>3-4 years of sales experience for B2B and B2C channels.</li><li>Arabic and fluent in English is a must.</li><li>Previous experience in the gulf market is a plus</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to effectively meet deadlines</li><li>Customer oriented and attentive to details</li><li>Pipeline management, business development and account management</li><li>Proactive and dynamic</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>If the above sounds like you, apply today!</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll get by joining us:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to be part of building something exceptional, in an international environment</li><li>Lots of learning and growth in an international company</li><li>Competitive salary + commission + benefits</li></ul><p></p>
