<p>Assignment Support Manager- (HR Onboarding)</p><p>NES – Dhahran, Saudi Arabia</p><p>_______________________________________</p><p>We are looking for a highly motivated Assignment Support Manager to be part of our well-established team based in Dhahran.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Overseas delivery to clients, ensuring all contractual obligations and onboarding processes are adhered to by the Assignment Support team Responsibility for the contractor pre-mobilization and onboarding processes.</li><li>Manages all purchase orders and associated processes, acting as interface between assignment support, recruiters, commercial and clients.</li><li>Ensures team accurately produce and deliver weekly reports to facilitate and track regional contractor status.</li><li>Works closely with other Support teams, including Commercial, Payroll, Invoicing and Travel to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery to contractors and clients.</li><li>Closely interfaces with Regional MD and other senior management, depending on nature of issue.</li><li>Provides on the job training/coaching to direct reports and wider Assignment Support team where appropriate.</li><li>Drives team performance through their personal development plans and directs the team’s activities to achieve client requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resource management.</li><li>Arabic speaker is a must.</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR administration/Coordination/On-boarding.</li><li>Effective in time management.</li><li>Being a team player and collaborating effectively with others to achieve targets.</li><li>Being proactive in gaining the required experiences and training to develop professionally and personally.</li><li>Experience in people management and leading a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>It is an exciting time to be joining NES Fircroft working with professional, motivated people who have a determination to succeed.</p><p><br></p><p>With over 90 years’ combined experience, NES Fircroft is proud to be the world’s leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide with over 100 offices in 45 countries.
