By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision</p><p>Your guidance will empower the company’s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead financial meetings.</li><li>Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.</li><li><span>Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.</span></li><li>Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li><span>Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining the financial health of the organization.</span></li><li>Developing long-term business plans based on reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 – 7 years of relevant experience</li><li>Fluency in Microsoft Office</li><li><span>Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.</span></li><li>A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
