We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Specialist.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in joining a successful, entrepreneurial and quickly expanding company, then read on.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>You are always looking for your next whale and are known for your go-getter attitude.</li><li>You have the ability to communicate and to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of different types of organisations.</li><li>You have proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.</li><li>You have thrived in a B2B sales environment before (hospitality industry experience is a plus!).</li><li>You’re comfortable speaking and writing in English and French.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Roles</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop new corporate accounts and nurture existing relationships with current accounts to grow business.</li><li>Look for companies that book with us in Canada &amp; Costa Rica</li><li>Dig on every new corporate lead to expand opportunities to increase revenue.</li><li>Reach sales objectives in your market by being in constant communication with reservations manager and marketing team.</li><li>After the first reservation confirmed by new companies he should transfer the accounts to Corporate Housing Specialist Team.</li><li>Monitor new accounts on a monthly basis to check how are the doing.</li><li>Check companies that have not booked with us since 2020, brought them back and assign new account manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher.</li><li>Bilingual: Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.</li><li>Sales experience: 1-3 years.</li><li>Preferably experience in service companies</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>We’re looking for a personality, not a piece of paper.
