Instead, please forward the communication(s) to us at vacancy@hikma.com so that we may provide it to relevant law enforcement agencies, as appropriate.<p><br></p>Website<p><br></p>http://www.hikma.com<p><br></p><ul><li>Job Descriptions: </li><li>Manage the consolidation process for the Group’s financial statements and ensure that all reporting deadlines are met and monitor the quality and accuracy of financial information submitted by entities across the Group.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS and London Stock Exchange regulations as well as understand the changes in IFRS and London Stock Exchange regulations and assess the impact on the Group’s financial reporting processes</li><li>Work closely with the finance teams across the group to ensure accurate financial information is submitted for consolidation.</li><li>Lead the preparation of the Group’s financial statements, including the financial sections in the annual report and interim statements, and other regulatory filings, and ensure that all disclosures in the financial statements are accurate and complied with IFRS and London Stock Exchange regulations.</li><li>Manage the relationship with external auditors, ensuring they have access to all necessary financial information and assisting with audit queries.</li><li>Provide technical accounting support to the finance team on complex accounting issues.</li><li>Leading some complex accounting projects such as impairment of the Group’s intangible assets assessment [amounting to $1,124m], preparation of the covenant calculations for the bond [$500m] with coordination with the Treasury Department, Price Purchase Allocations, and others</li><li>Preparation of Audit Committee and Board papers for significant judgmental and extraordinary items</li><li>Manage and develop a team of financial reporting professionals, providing coaching and support where necessary.</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group, including senior management, tax, treasury, and legal teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong><p><br></p>Financial reporting experience<p><br></p>Accounting experience<p><br></p>Strong understanding of IFRS<p><br></p>Experience in SAP and BPC<p><br></p>Experience in Power BI<p><br></p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint<p><br></p>Ability to manage large sets of data<p><br></p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong><p><br></p>3-5 years of experience Experience in big 4 in external audit<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Minimum:</strong> bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required <strong>Preferred: </strong>CPA or DipIFR
