<p>Living Yards Developments is currently looking to hire “Junior and Senior property consultants” with 0 – 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is responsible for determining clients’ requirements, and ensure maximum satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered)</p><p>- Bachelor Degree is a MUST.</p><p>- Experience with real estate developers in new capital field is a MUST </p><p>- Very Good English &amp; Arabic languages, writing &amp; speaking.</p><p>- Sales, Presentation, Negotiation and Time management Skills</p><p>- Upselling and Cross Selling skills.</p><p>- Closing technics</p><p>- Attention to detail</p><p>- Accuracy in clients’ needs assessment</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Presentable </p><p>- Microsoft Office good user</p><p>- Email and internet good user</p><p><br></p><p>Main responsibilities: </p><p>- Determine clients’ needs.</p><p>- Provide Advice and guide clients.</p><p>- Sale, upsale and cross sale with current and new clients</p><p>- Conducting site visits.</p><p>- Negotiating and finalizing payment plans with clients</p><p>- Close and finalize deals at the soonest</p><p>- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and other professionals in the industry</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits &amp; other info:</p><p>- Salary package according to experience </p><p>- Competitive commission scheme.</p><p>- Social Insurance</p><p>- Medical Insurance</p><p>- laptop for work use</p><p>- mobile line for work use</p><p>- Location: New Cairo- 5th settlement – S90^th Street</p><p>- Working hours: 8 hours, from 10am to 6pm</p><p>- Weekend: Fridays &amp; Rotational Saturdays</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested and have all job requirements please send your CV to hr@livingyardsegypt.com mentioning the job title (Property Consultant) in the email subject.</p><p><br></p>
