Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analytics Executive/ Manager to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making for our mobile app. As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing data to provide valuable insights that will shape our app’s performance, user experience, and business strategy.<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy for our mobile app.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements to track app performance and user behavior.</li><li>Utilize tools like Segment and Amplitude to collect and analyze app usage data, user behavior, and events.</li><li>Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends.</li><li>Design and build visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to identify opportunities for app optimization and user engagement.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive data-backed improvements to the app’s features and functionality.</li><li>Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and user acquisition strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p>Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.<p><br></p><ul><li>Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms such as Amplitude and Segment for data collection, analysis, and user behavior tracking.</li><li>Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing large and complex datasets, employing statistical techniques, and extracting meaningful insights to support decision-making.</li><li>Data Visualization: Skill in creating visually appealing and informative data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.</li><li>Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics: Knowledge of predictive modeling and prescriptive analytics techniques to forecast trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.</li><li>SQL and Database Management: Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and experience in managing databases, data warehouses, or data lakes for efficient data retrieval and storage.</li></ul><p><br></p>Data-driven Decision Making: Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, support strategic decision-making, and drive business outcomes<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in the mobile app or technology industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for data retrieval and manipulation.</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.</li><li>Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel/ Amplitude.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li></ul>
