If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess excellent leadership skills, we welcome you to join our clients culinary team.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including cakes, desserts, bread, and pastries, according to the highest standards.</li><li>Ensure that all pastries and baked goods are made in accordance with recipes and company standards.</li><li>Manage inventory proactively, anticipate the needs of the bakery, and place timely ingredient orders.</li><li>Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, inspiring and motivating fellow team members.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.</li><li>Liaise with the F&B manager, ensuring that the bakery team meets all demands and requirements.</li><li>Develop new recipes and techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Culinary degree or equivalent experience in Bakery-Pastry cuisine.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie/Bakery-Pastry chef or a similar role preferably from a Restaurant or independent bakery background.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.</li><li>Demonstrated excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Knowledge of pastry and bakery equipment and baking techniques.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively with the F&B team.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p>Basic Salary range: AED 3600 – 4500 – Food allowance AED 375 – Accommodation and transport provided by the company Plus service charge and tips<p><br></p>Air ticket every two years
